Fagen Pharmacy was founded in 1972 with the desire to provide quality, caring pharmacy services to customers in a retail setting.  The company currently has 22 stores located throughout Northwest Indiana and Northeast Illinois.   Although years have passed, and times have changed, Fagen Pharmacy continues to focus on quality, friendly service with an eye towards wellness.  Our current motto is "Fagen Pharmacy, Your Wellness is our Business."  We currently offer vaccinations through our Immunization Program, and are beginning to offer several "point of care" services in our pharmacies.  We are passionate about keeping our patients healthy and in control of their disease state.  We are eager to continue to expand our patient care services and promote wellness in the communities we serve. 

Residency Program Purpose:

The Fagen Pharmacy/Purdue University Residency Program focuses on preparing residents to assume patient care positions and create care providing pharmacy services in a community setting.    The residency program elevates the level of patient care in the pharmacy.  The pharmacy resident will also serve in an adjunct pharmacy position at Purdue University.
