New Suppliers Agreement
with McKesson

Fagen Pharmacy has entered into a new 4-year suppliers agreement with McKesson (www.mckesson.com). This agreement will provide access to better product depth; including private label with Fagen Pharmacy joining the "HealthMart" network. As an independent pharmacy chain, market challenges impact the ability to compete and grow, from reimbursement pressures and limited marketing resources, to heightened competition from mail order and chain pharmacies. Health Mart unifies leading independents under a common brand, providing the collective strength to overcome these challenges and win in today's marketplace. Fagen anticipates a complete conversion by November 1.
