Fagen Pharmacy will re-open its #33 Munster, Indiana location after recently being destroyed by the flood. The Munster location was inside The Hammond Clinic. Doors will open at the NEW location on Friday, September 26th at the St. Margaret Mercy Medical Arts Building at 5500 Hohman Avenue Suite 1A Hammond, IN. The phone number is 219-836-6110. The fax is 219-836-3616. Hours of operation are Monday -Friday 8:30 6:30, Saturday 9:00 4:00 and will be closed on Sunday. The store will contain a selection of over-the-counter items, vitamins, candy and snacks. The new location will continue to serve the Munster location.
