Fagen Pharmacy in
Munster Evacuated

Our Fagen Pharmacy #33 Munster location, located inside The Hammond Clinic, was evacuated because of flood waters. Patient refills are available at any other Fagen Pharmacy location. The nearest stores are Whiting (219-659-0299), East Chicago (219-398-1377) and Griffith,located in Paylow on Ridge Rd, (219-923-7907). We apologize for this disruption and want you know that as a result of software upgrades completed in 2007 we are able to refill medicines at other locations even if the other location is "down". DELIVERY CUSTOMERS need to call the Whiting location.
