TradeWinds Group Homes

Fagen announces partnership with TradeWinds group home by supporting prescription needs effective June 1st.

There are over 40 patients in their independent living services homes located in Lake County, Indiana. The living services department maintains four group homes.

TradeWinds provides services and training for children and adults with wide ranging abilities. Children’s services include assessment, physical therapy, occupational therapy, developmental therapy, speech therapy, service coordination, nursing service, home based services, childcare services, and social work. Adult services provide people with disabilities the opportunity to increase their independence in living and working in the community.
