Fagen Pharmacy is committed to improving your health and well-being. Please attend one of our health screening events listed below, or check out the other events we sponsor at our pharmacy locations. Our comprehensive health screenings cover a large battery of tests:
- Complete Profile (CMP, Lipids, CBC, GGT) $45
- Thyroid Profile (fT4, TSH) $65
- Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1C) $30
- Homocysteine $45
- Cardio CRP $65
- PSA $35
- Iron $15
- Uric Acid $15
Many other tests are available, just ask the technician! Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. We suggest that you fast for 8 to 12 hours prior to your screening. Please drink plenty of water in the morning. Our health screenings are performed by Health Diagnostics of NWI, LLC.
