Green Coffee Bean Extract
There has been a lot of hype about green coffee bean extract helping with weight loss, so let’s look at the facts. It is thought to help with weight loss, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and infections. So far, the research that has been done is poor quality, and more research and evidence is needed to determine the effectiveness of green coffee bean extract for these uses.
However, the research that has been done shows that green coffee bean extract is possibly ineffective at helping with weight loss and treating high blood pressure, and there is insufficient evidence for treating diabetes and infections. The common side effects of green coffee bean extract are insomnia, anxiety, agitation, diereses, gastric distress, and headache. So it may sound like a miracle drug for weight loss in commercials and advertisements, however, the current evidence and research does not back up these claims.
