Diabetes Education

Were you recently diagnosed with DIABETES or have you had diabetes for many years?

Join us for a FREE "Life with Diabetes" educational session on Thursday October 13, 2011 from 5-7pm at Fagen Pharmacy in Valparaiso. (Fagen Pharmacy; 3125 N. Calumet, Valparaiso,IN  46383) This session is a pharmacist-led discussion about how to take control of your diabetes and get answers on how to best treat your diabetes.
