Traveling Abroad - Don't Forget Your Vaccinations

Travel Vaccinations from Fagen Pharmacy

Fagen Pharmacy now has travel vaccinations available at it's Valparaiso HealthLinc location on Sturdy Road. Patients should stop by or call to schedule an appointment. We recommend scheduling an appointment at least 4 to 6 weeks before you travel. We provide administration of travel health vaccines, fill prescriptions and provide a full assortment of travel supplies.

Travel Health Consultation

Our pharmacist will provide you with a full travel health consultation. We will review your travel itinerary and give you recommendations for vaccines and other medications or precautions to take before and during your travel. Some countries require foreign visitors to carry an International Certificate of Vaccination (aka Yellow Card) or other proof that they have had certain inoculations or medical tests before entering or transiting their country.  Before you travel, check the U.S. State Department's Country Specific Information and contact the foreign embassy of the country to be visited or transited through for current entry requirements.
